An agreement between Dharma Overseas Pvt. Ltd. and the employer is to be signed clearly and adequately stating the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of workers from Nepal before the execution.
- Demand Letter
- Employer is to formally issue a Demand Letter in our favor stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other facilities for workers such as Food, Accommodation, Medical, Insurance, Overtime, Transportation, Leaves, Air Passage etc.
- Power Of Attorney
- This is to authorize us to work on behalf of the employing company.
- Letter of Guarantee
- A letter of guarantee addressed to the Department of Labor, Ministry of Labor and Transport Management in Nepal stating that the workers recruited will not be sent to any third country.
- Employment Agreement
- This is to be provided by the employer clearly and specifically mentioning wages offered and schedule of benefits including food, accommodation, Medical, Insurance, Overtime, Transportation, Period of Contract, Leaves, Airport Passage etc. and signed in between the employer and the employee individually as and evidence of acceptance to both the parties.
- Important Note:
- All the above mentioned document are required to be attested by The Chamber of Commerce of Govt. of Nepal, Nepalese Embassy in the employer’s respective country. The government authorities (Notary Public).
